Inspiration

I had a roommate who used to eat these and leave the bags around our place.  It found its way into my vocab, occasionally with the suffix “-cakes.”  And so, this blog is Nutty Bananacakes.

Sometimes I curse, which should not be a reflection on my upbringing.  Sorry, mom.
